hey yall I'm looking for fitness friends who are looking for someone to talk or email about our goals and etc. Myself I'm working on losing between 50-80 pounds and I know I can do it I've done it before, I'm also changing my diet and drinking more water, as for exercise I go to the gym 5 days a week for 2.5 hours a day before work, I have been feeling so much better since I started doing that and I'm not stopping.
