Hello! Please help! Explain, please! My caliries goal is 1440, but i burn more! Obrain residue is 700-800! I should eat them, or not eating? Or anyway i can have only 1440? Thancks to all

MFP tends to overestimate calories burnt through exercise, so if you have no other way (like a FitBit or other device) to gauge the number of calories, then you should eat back roughly half of the number of calories MFP subtracts from your total for exercise3
