Gained 7 pounds in 7 days

Trying to put the weight back on that I struggled to gain but now since I know what im doing its a lot easier its still hard but fast results

    That's great you've found what's working (eating more) but unless you're eating 20,000 calories or more per day, it may be water weight from increased carbs and sodium.

    Watch the trend over time.

    You would be eating 3,500 calories over your TDEE every day then to gain a pound a day.

    In looking at your diary, 7 pounds of fat or muscle, not likely... It is only water weight gain/retention due to many variables. Keep going though!!

    Well done on your water weight gain. A consistent, moderate surplus over time will yield good gains (with a good workout plan).

    I try to aim For 3000 a day some days I get it some days im real close
