I went to the doctor a couple of days ago, he did give me some tablets to cure my vertigo. The doctor thinks I'm low in Iron and Vitamin B12 and has referred me to have a blood test. Sorry if I bothered you a lot with my annoying posts. Please forgive me.

Glad you got it checked out. Has the vertigo improved?

Ugghhh, I had that vertigo several years back... It is awful. I always felt like I was on a boat. There is a neck adjustment they can do that should fix you up quickly, (said a physical therapist friend of mine) Hope your solution works for you.

Did you get your ears checked? Vertigo can be caused by inner ear issues.

I had an ear infection, and it took 3 years for the vertigo to go away!

Brandt-Daroff exercises did the trick for my vertigo.
Glad you got checked out and the iron/b12 was found!

I also had vertigo several years back. It brought me to my knees if I moved my head too fast. It was an ear infection, lasted only 2 days thank goodness.

Funny story it started in the middle of the night and when I rolled over I thought I was falling out of bed. Morning came and I got up and went to my knees with the room sorta spinning. I called my husband and told him I was dying. Lol.
