I finally broke down and joined MFP! I've been losing weight a bit already, down from 155 lbs to 140 lbs on a 5'7 frame, but I think I'll find it helpful to actually log calories along with other nutrients because I often eat terribly.
I'm trying out intermittent fasting and calorie deficit, but since I'm female I'm sort of nervous about the fasting part because I've heard it can have negative effects. I'm usually not sensitive to things like that, but we'll see.
Mostly I'm trying to eat healthy even though I hate almost all vegetables and they taste horribly bitter to me.
So here goes....
Goal weight: 125 lbs or 130 lbs and muscle....not sure which will suit me

I'm currently on a juice fast that's being supervised by my primary care physician . . . I feel the same way about vegetables so with this fast I am juicing fruits and vegetables 6 times per day and that's all ... my goal is to juice fast for 60 days, the ultimate goal is to reprogram my digestive system so that I no longer crave unhealthy foods and eating fruits and vegetables doesn't seem like punishment but something I choose and enjoy ... so far so good, so if you don't have any health issues intermittent Fasting should be fine but I would still check with a Doctor
