I am new here and looking for friends. I am husband and father with two little girls. I am tired of having to deal with my weight. I am tired of having to check the weight recommendations on products before I buy them. I am definitely tired of giving up on myself. I am definitely a yo yo dieter looking to make this a lifestyle change. I want to take better care of myself. I am looking for friends for motivation and support and willing to give that as well.

    Hey. We're all in a similiar boat on this site. In terms of motivation, my honest advice is don't rely on it. Motivation is the reason, but self discipline gets it done. ^_^
