Just a bit of self-congratulations here. I've been back on a healthy-eating program for four weeks now, and started lifting again about two weeks ago. Because I take creatine when I lift, I retain a lot of water weight, and the scales don't always move how I would like them to. However, I have had the feeling that my clothes are starting to fit a little more loosely, and just today I moved my belt up from a buckle hole that used to cause the belt to cut into my belly when I was sitting, to a hole that I've never used. Gotta celebrate the tiny victories, folks!
