Hey, guys! I'm Cecilia, 22, and currently hovering between 200-205 pounds. I'm actually 30 pounds lighter than I was a couple of years ago. Obviously I'm wanting to lose all of the extra weight.

I'm in the process of trying to adopt new habits, eating healthier, ect. I'm always up for suggestions and things that have worked for you guys. Any and all tips are much appreciated! Please add me, I need some accountability to keep going! Thanks :)

Yay! Yeah, very much in the same boat. Only this time I don't want to give up. I just want to do it. I'm sick of complaining about it, you know?

Definitely! It's hard doing it on your own. We need a support system!

Hi, I am trying to get light enough to enter the military... I thought I could do this alone, and with ease, but after having two children I had never expected to be 23 and having a hard time getting my weight down. I thought that it was so simple the nutrition that the military showed me the first time I tried to enter when I tried out of high school. Its not the nutrition I have an issue, though I love food of all kinds and wish to taste it all, I cant help but feel that the exercise has gotten away from me. I've started slow and then quit and then I'm starting up again, I know it takes time to truly lose it, but I'm in a huge time crunch for my family. A buddy would be awesome...

Hey sent you a friend req. Getting started is the hardest step, it all gets easier from here. I started at 341 and have now gotten to 280, goal is 225 by the end of May when my kiddos get out for summer. We all can do it!

Wow, that's amazing!!! Congratulations! And yeah, I have a good feeling that maybe this time I won't give up haha. I'm probably going to join a gym and have a trainer because I have no idea what I need to do..I need guidance Hahaha. Also going to Pilates class. :)

I know exactly how you feel about it getting away from you. What I've discovered is you he to find ways to exercise that work for you. For example, I used to try to do workout videos at home but could never stick with it. I realized that I just didn't have any motivation. I hated the repetitiveness of the same tape over and over.

I do better if I go outside or go to a park and walk. I do better if I sign up for a class that you can take with other people. You just have to experimen, I think. :)

I'm definitely here for you! We can do this!

Thank you very much! But yes going to a gym is excellent. I go to the gym 6-7 days a week and mainly do weight lifting, i try to get cario in 2 sometimes 3 days a week after my work outs. If you would like you can check bodybuilding.com and they have routines and stuff on there, not sure how much trainers are but im sure they are pricey lol. You're doing great so far and taking the right steps though, you got this!

Thanks! And yes, it is pricey. But he's actually giving me a discount because my aunt trains with him and recommend people to him (she's a massage therapist) so yay!
