In need of serious motivation-is there a challenge group?

Hi,
I am having some difficulty getting motivated to exercise. I had joined a 10 week challenge group in the beginning of the year and that helped a little but then fizzled out. I have about 70lbs to lose total but i'm just really looking right now to get into the habit of sticking exercise in my day. My most pressing issue is time, and kids (2 year old plus a 10 month old), and sleep deprivation ( 10 month old not sleeping through...since birth).
I was wondering if there were any challenge groups going on with weekly weigh ins or check ins. I would be doing some stregnth training and cycling on my exercise bike since that is the only thing I see to be able to do with the kids running around right now.
