Hey everyone.

Probably my first post here in a long time. I've not been very active in the community before. A few years ago (2012/2013) I made a very good start at things, and I lost well over 30kg.

At the end of 2013 I got a new job which heaped a load of stress on me, irregular hours, you know the drill. Combined with taking on my mental illness this was all to much to also keep focus on my food quality, food intake, and exercise.

Now I'm back, I've got a lot of weigth to lose (almost half my body weigth) and I want to do it, and keep doing it. But I need help, most of the friends of older days on my list have vanished and don't post anymore. So I need some buddies to help kick me in the *kitten*, give some criticism on my diet, and all in all motivate me to do these things.

I'm Dutch, living near Germany and Belgium. Broad spectrum of interests and things to talk about.

Let's do this, yeah?
