I believe I have the two sinking but when I look at my diary, for exercise it is talking about the steps I took with my iPhone which is significantly less. Thoughts?

Go to Apps then steps and select your Garmin as the steps tracking device. I've had this happen after an update before and took a while to find where to change it.

I did that but it's still showing my iPhone. When I click on connect to a device this is what I got....j1pmpl1h5jau.png

Just saw you are on your phone, Steps is one below Apps & Devices on the phone menu.

I did see that. However when I click on steps, it has the use iPhone to track steps checked. I click on add a different device to track steps and it brings up other options. I click on Garmin (which I have already purchased and been using for a while) and it brings up that screen - disconnect or buy. It's already bought and it appears to already be connected since it says disconnect. Does that make sense? I believe I am following the right steps, it is just not connecting

I ended up using the website from my computer to change it. It didn't work via my phone. Thanks for your help!

I don't even own an iphone and MFP says I am using one. The only things I have connected to MFP are Strava and Garmin Connect, both of which collect all their data from my watch.
