Lesson learned!

Just thought I'd share something I learned today. I went to weigh myself and I weighed 8 pounds more than what I typically do! So here's why after I stopped freaking out and thought about it:
A. Your weight fluctuates during the day
B. I had just eaten dinner
C. Just gotten out of shower (wet long hair with sweatpants, tee shirt, and towel)

After just taking off my towel, I weighed again and it dropped by 1.2 pounds! I read some articles and learned the best time is in the morning after waking up. Anyone else have an experience like this??
