So I started doing that 30 day squat challenge, basically where you add 5 per day. I'm just doing it on my own, not as part of a group and I can't even remember exactly when I started.
I'm up to 80 now, and I've noticed that my abs seem to be getting stronger, is anyone else noticing that? I mean, I'm not going to complain, but it's really unexpected since I haven't been doing any ab workouts and I was curious if this is something other people are experiencing too and if it continues to develop ab muscles or if maybe it's just because I'm in the first couple weeks and my body isn't used to them.

Squats definitely work your core (stabilizer muscles). When you progress from bodyweight to weighted squats, you'll realize it even more. I notice a lot of core work particularly with front squats.0
