Last year at this time I was on Ritalin and Concerta. I was gaunt and model thin as my aunt said.
After stopping the ADHD medication in May, I have gained thirty pounds. I look fat.

Well, you can count your calories on this website and lose that weight.
Congrats on getting off the meds.1 -
Thank you. I eat a lot and don't track and now I will.
Do you know about macro?0 -
The macros that this site gives you are good for most people unless you are training for some specific thing, such as an endurance event or some sort of bodybuilding (for instance.) If that applies to you, ask your coach for macro recommendations.
You can adjust your macro percentages here:

I wish it had that effect on me. Or at least helped my ADD.0

I'm on adderall and have been since 2009. Yes, I lost only like 10-15 pounds I wasn't skinny and still considered borderline obese with the bmi calculator. But I was comfortable in my own skin. By 2012, I hit depression. I eat my emotions. I literally gained 70 pounds and being on adderral. I tried to get my meds switched but my insurance won't pay for concerta. Pretty bummed about it.
Anyways, now I'm back to healthier lifestyle and counting my calories. It has helped a lot!0
