Losing Motivation...

Hey Everyone!!! I've been working on getting my life back together health & fitness. I've started with Focus T25 for 3 months. Then about to end with insanity this Sunday. I've lost 11lbs & 16.25 inches since June 1st. I've hit a plateau with Insanity I lost more during the first month rather than the 2nd month. I am all about the scale so I increased my cardio and running 2 mi a day. I tried to maintain 1300-1500 calories a day. Just feel discouraged since last year I lost 20lbs in 7 months. The only differences are I'm back at school & I'm working nights so my sleep is very rare and random day to day. The frustration is getting to me but I have come to far...

    Not sure you need to loose more weight. Maybe lose fat and gain muscle for you now. Be disciplined, and it will get tighter and harder.

    You have been doing so great! It is hard to stay motivated during changes in your life's routine. Stick with it and power through the plateau. You've got this and we believe in you!
