Probably in the wrong place, but does the Monster Energy Drink Protein Shakes actually work and worth the cost of getting? I just got done with the gym, was hungry and hit the grocery store. Now it isn't the first time I've come across it but I'm just wondering if it really works and the protein in it helps with muscle growth?

I was given a case a couple years ago when they first came out that being said I drank 24 of them tasty but never felt like it was a good idea for me0

I like em cause I can get my preworkout protein and caffeine all in one go. Tasty too.
Other than that, it's just extra protein. Nothing special.0 -
Buy a good protein powder and some caffeine pills. Same thing, and your wallet will thank you.1
