I am a 23 year old female, 5'5, 110 lbs and would like to be 125-130 but I have a fast metabolism and even when I try to eat a lot it doesn't seem to stick, at what age do you think I'll finally be able to gain weight without having to eat a ton?

Thats not how it works. All you need is a calorie surplus

You have to be in 300-500 calorie surplus during the day over your daily calorie maintenance. If you are not gaining weight, gradually add more calories over time. Weigh yourself weekly in the morning to track progression.

If you aren't gaining weight, it's because you're not supplying enough calories to gain weight. Whenever I sit down with people who claim they have a fast metabolism, I find out they many times don't even eat up to maintenance. How many calories are you consuming in a day and what's your activity level?

Hit the surplus calories as people have said.
Eat larger less frequent meals to keep metabolism slow.
Try not to get your calories from fast absorbing things like smoothies or shakes.

    What everyone says above.
Your maintenance calories take into account your age as well as your height etc. To gain weight you need to eat a surplus.
I've always thought I had a fast metabolism. Since I started logging my calories on this app I've realised I just wasn't eating enough - it's that simple.
