Logging Late Night Binges

I slipped up and binged at 2 am. Question is: Do I log those calories for today or yesterday? Help, please!

    It doesn't even remotely matter in terms of weight gain/loss.

    I'd probably log it as yesterday and start today as a clean slate so I didn't have a defeated attitude all day or starve myself because of a slip-up.

    I usually log in on my current day under snacks and try to eat less and healthier threw the day but do whatever helps your mind set and keeps you focused and on track. One bad day is not the end of the world.
