Sworkit. Does anyone here use it?

Hi everyone!
I'm really struggling with knowing I need to do strength training but too darn lazy to get out and do it. Thought maybe if I started with 5-10 minutes at home it might be enough to get me going. A friend suggested Sworkit. Anyone have thoughts or suggestions on how they started down this path?

I downloaded it the other night, problem is - will you remember to do it or like me will you just ignore the alerts on your phone? Good app though for strength, yoga and cardio e

that my friend is a good question!
I indoor bike on my lunch breaks.. I've just today talked myself into every other time doing strength training on the app. We'll see how I hold up. I only made it 10 minutes today..

I love it. It's how I started out strength training. Now, I lift weights. But, I still do sworkit every now and again I just did it yesterday and I still love it! I think it's definitely a great starting point! Give it a try

A MFP friend swears by Sworkit. She told the group that we met in about it and I got interested upon finding out that I could customize my session according to physical ability (in a wheelchair, no leg work possible on my own). I don't have it on this phone because my doctor says no to any and all exercise at this point (long story) but I look forward to getting back on track, possibly using Sworkit.
