I eat a lot of frozen meals from all the different brands. I find Marie Callendar's to be the most filling

These were just launched in September. Really, really good... and filling.

I do try to limit any frozen meals though because of the sodium.

My favorites have been Evol and Luvo. I've totally given up Lean Cuisines for these brands. I did recently try the ones from Eating Well. They are BIG on flavor, a little to salty for me, and I find the portions to be somewhat small. But they are definitely flavorful and less "frozen meal" tasting than most.

Hey, you could try what I do: just put everything on a bed of lettuce. If it's a rice dish, a lasagna, or a ravioli, whatever. I am vegetarian, so my frozen "meal" is usually a veggie patty or veggie riblets -> I put them on a big bed of lettuce to make them more filling, sometimes I will also add a little vinegar (and sometimes hazelnut oil) to spread out the flavor.
    Because lettuce is so filling?

Personally, lettuce gives me cravings for cheeseburgers with mayo.

BLT cheeseburger. That just took away my pizza craving!

Lean Cuisine doesn't satisfy my hunger. Leaves me craving for more. I wonder if there is a microwavable less than 500 calorie dinner for me and my hunger.

Most Amy's meals are less than 500 calories and are much more satisfying. Lean Cuisines aren't nutrient rich at all. I'd be tempted to go with Amy's, or supplement your Lean Cuisine with a side salad or some extra steamed veggies.

I put 900 grams - yes nearly two pounds worth of Broccoli, Baby Carrots, Bell Peppers, Red Potatoes, and Zucchini in a hamilton beach steamer. Add a little Ronco Magic (Set it and Forget it,) come back 15 minutes later and top it off with some Mrs Dash, Pepper, and ranch dressing seasoning - comes out to 350 calories I get so F'ing full I could burst.

Microwave dinners never fill me up lol I always have to add a bag of steamed veg on the side so they fill me up. Amy's bowls are pretty filling.

I'm suddenly in the mood for SPAM. Maybe cut up and cooked into some mac and cheese.

I used to eat Kashi's frozen meals a few times a week, and I found them filling on their own. They're on the pricey side though.
