I finally found the right combination of things to help me feel full for a while, with a good macronutrient breakdown. So I'd like to share:

Oats 40g
Fairlife milk, nonfat 240g (1 cup)
Oikos Triple Zero vanilla greek yogurt 225g (1 cup)
Berries 100g
Golean original 14g
Swerve sugar (erythritol) 10g
Salt - pinch

Calories 518
Fat 5g
Carbs 78g
Fiber 25g
Protein 46g

Mix oats, salt, sugar in a microwaveable bowl
Add milk
Nuke for 2-230 min, watch until milk boils to top of bowl. Stop before overflow.
Add yogurt
Top berries and cereal

    Looks delicious! Just a bit high in carbs for my current macro plan :smile:

    Yea, it is a bit high in the carbs. Couldn't figure out a way to up the fiber without upping the carbs overall.
