'Ello lovely folks of this site. It's a pleasure to be here. I had always thought that MyFitnessPal was an app, and therefore I never used it, so I am quite happy to know that I can log everything from my computer, because that's ultimately easier for me. A few tidbits of information: I'm 27, a widow, a diabetic, and I'm in stage 2 of getting gastric bypass. I work out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the YMCA in my area, and at my highest weight was 294, and I am currently 277 and losing, thank goodness...
