I can't find nutrition on it (BLT wrap on wheat tortilla), I found one on here that says 148 calories or something but it's a little hard to believe. Help? I have PCOS so I'm trying to find foods I can eat and I think this is one of them. If anyone else has some dieting tips for a severely overweight female with PCOS feel free to chime in with tips.

Question: Is this from a Eurest cafeteria? We have one at work. If so, then no, that's going to be too few calories. There would probably be that many just in the wrap. Try asking them for nutrition info on the wrap and then watch them make it and estimate what they're putting in (make a mental note of how much bacon, lettuce, mayo etc and look it up later).

Eat whatever you want but log it using correct entries (not "verified"), but checked with reliable sources - websites, labels, USDA. Weigh it and log the correct amount. Hit your calorie goal every day.

I did a search for example her in MFP and the search provided BLT Wrap (no tortilla) at 190 and another one (no tortilla) at 330.. So you see this particular food item can vary widely.. These can very well be other members food items created in the database.

If homemade, you can enter the ingredients separately on the diary or enter the ingredients in the recipe builder.. If the sandwich is pre-packaged/pre-made either look up vendor/mfg nutritional information and if not available it is going to be a best guess.

As for PCOS, you can also do a search in the Community Forums and Groups as there are plenty of sucess stories where woman with PCOS successfully lose weight.. For example the link below
