I have just started, I was tracking on my phone for week one, and lost 3 pounds, I need to introduce exercise into my life this week . any ideas on good ways to help with weight loss......i.e. walk, gym, Swimming what is the best

    Running is really good if you can find the motivation swimming is also very good and less taxing physically paired with a good diet and your good to go. Best of luck.
