Helloo!
I am Chloe 19 year old Care worker.
I am currently 83.3kg and am on lite n easy 1200 calorie diet. I am supposed to be starting boot camp next week 3-4 times a week. I have recently bought X50 Green tea which is a really good detox, fat burner and metabolism booster. I have also just bought lean whey from generic nutrition which is 147 calories a serve. Which I plan to take straight after a work out. I'm just wondering whether all this will really help or something's really aren't needed?
Ive lost 3.5 kilos on Lite n easy in 3 weeks so that has to stay

You don't need the tea - there really is no such thing as detox. Your body will burn calories as it needs them, not based on whether you've drunk some tea.
The whey will only be important if you struggle to reach your protein goals in your diet. At 147 cals per serving that's a large chunk out of your allowance for a drink.1 -
the green tea isn't necessary - drink it if you like the taste but it has no magical fat burning properties.
the protein shakes are useful if you are struggling to hit your protein macro, but other than that they wont do much to aid weight loss.
make sure you eat back some exercise calories when you start bootcamp.2 -
How tall are you, OP?
You don't need the "detox" (scamwoo - at best it's just a tea, and at worst it could be a laxative and you really shouldn't mess with that stuff) and you don't need the shakes.0 -
Use MFP, input your weight, set your weight loss goal, eat any foods you want but weigh and track them to reach you calorie goal.
You don't need green tea or expensive products.0
