Consume less calories than you expend.

What are you currently doing to lose weight?

You are stuck because you eat as many calories as you burn. Use the formulas MFP gives you to calculate how much you need to eat, buy a food scale so you can accurately measure your intake, be consistent with your logging, and read the forums on here to gain knowledge about how and why weight loss works. Be patient, it doesn't happen overnight. Learn to distinguish between solid advice and "woo." If it helps to have people to share your journey with and motivate you add some friends on here.

Set up MFP with your stats to lose weight (start with 1lbs per week and see how you feel).

Consume the amount of calories it gives you. Log everything that passes your lips that has calories.

Weight all your solids and semi-solids on a food scale and measure liquids with measuring cups.

If you're not losing as expected, check your logging. If you're still not losing as expected, get a check up at the doctors to eliminate the possibility of an illness (hypothyroid for example). If it all comes back clean, check your logging.

If you're hungry, lower the rate of loss.

Eat what you enjoy just in smaller quantities and bulk with nutrient dense, lower calorie foods if you need more volume.
