A Fresh Start

Hi Everyone

I'm a married 36 year old mother of one in the UK, who needs to up their game in the exercise stakes.

I have lost 91lbs already through diet alone, with the help of Slimming World, and reached my target weight and maintained it for 6 months now :smile:
However, I would like to lose another 21lbs, and up my exercise.

I have a Desk Job, with very little chance of leaving it, due to the nature of my role.
I do have a dog, and I do take him for daily walks (this will increase from 1st December to twice daily, when my partner starts their new job, and I will be getting up earlier).

My goal is to run a 5k for charity (I have walked them for the past three years), working my way up to running a FULL Marathon (26.2 miles).
