Hello Admins. & Fellows Pal.
I need help in trying to find a diet or someone who is knowledgeable with my situation. After being in a coma for a month because my kidneys failed, and respiratory failure, I now have stage 4 kidney failure. I am also diabetic. I need to watch my potassium and phosphorus, along with my sugar. 1st problem is that potassium and phosphorus isn't listed very often, so when I go to look up the nutrition facts I get several answers. 2nd problem is what doesn't contain potassium and phosphorus is good for my diabetes and vice versa. I have a renal dietitian but she sent me a sample menu and most of what she sent me is high in potassium and phosphorus. So now I am confused and very frustrated. can anyone help?
God Bless and Have a great day

With your conditions I would reccomend you see a registered dietician rather than get online advice from strangers.2

Go back to your dietician with questions or find a new dietician.

I would strongly suggest seeking advice from a medical professional and not the internet.1
