Motivation for exercise

Hi everyone,

I have a gym membership but find it difficult to motivate myself to go on cold rainy days such as today. I sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago so have been resting, but now as it is on the mend I still can't get back on track! I even took the lift up one flight of stairs this morning :neutral: .

Comment if you are also in need of some motivation and lets see if we can all reach our fitness goals together. :)
