Fresh start looking for help & motivation

I have always taken the road of crash diets , fasting whatever I needed to because I was focused on the scale number & fast results.
I'm looking for long term, making all of this a lifestyle now.
Problem is I have no idea what I'm doing so I'll need that motivation & help from here because I won't get it at home.
I want to build muscle & lose body fat. Drop lbs, really get into weight lifting.
I'll need help tho, clueless about workout routines, meal prepping, keeping up with these macro things.
I'm 22, 5'7 and 175lbs of fluff. I don't really have a set goal weight as much I want to just lose inches & build muscle.
