Weight lost

My name is Sami and I just turned 45
I would love to get support or ideas about how to lose weight when hitting middle age
I had my thyroid removed 18 years ago and other health issues . I need to lose atleast 2 pound a week
I've been working out 4-5 times a week some times I lose a pound her and there, sometimes the scale goes a pound up and sometimes it stays the same
Changed my eating habit completely
Please I need advice
