Can someone please explain the net calories thing to me at the "my home" tab. Yesterday and today I am at - net and maybe I'm feeling simple but I don't think I understand the equation. Where do I want my "net" value to be? Thanks in advance

If your calorie goal is 1350 for example you want to net 1350. Net means the amount of calories you ate plus the amount you burned in exercise.0
