    Now I have a real goal! Going to Mexico on the 30th. Would love to be under 200#. We will see!!!

    Starting weight (Nov 20th): 213.8 lbs. not sure how I lost 3.2 in one day? My dinner was light last night

    Week 1 (Nov 27th): 215.8 (going to ignore that 20th weight in and say I lost 1.2 pounds! Slow and steady)

    Week 2 (Dec 7th): 216.4. (Gained but not surprised spent weendend on road and eating crap. Just happy I'm not back to 220. A little late with weighin due to travel)
