First time tracking food intake. I'm being brutally honest when tracking and getting extremely upset with myself. I've been through an extreme trauma 1yr 7mo ago. I'm trying to take control of my life as it was destroyed that day and I suffered a great loss. I need to lose more than 50lbs but I figured I'd start with that. I'm open to advice and suggestions.
