Plateau

Well, I have hit my first plateau in weight loss...So, I shall increase my activity, add extra walking, add snacks with more protein, and add even more fruits and veggies to my diet...Thinking that will work. I also have increased my water intake...Anybody else have any suggestions? I'm also on the look out for a good food scale.
