On and off

I've been on and off trying to loose weight and get healthy because my motivation isn't strong enough. Some days I'm hyper motivated, other days I think to myself why try. With working 12hr a shift in a medical field, im just way to tired and on my days off I just want to relax... my diet is crap because I don't want to keep standing to cook when I'm already always walking at work. My husband is the same. I need a group of people that are super motivated and maybe that will get me motivated as well...
