Hello can anyone give me some advice

Hello i started 5 days ago i did start a few weeks back but messed it up so ive started again im 11 stone 6 i was 11 7 and lost a pound already yay but im stuck on what excersizes to do im cutting down all my calories but what workout vidoes can i do anyone help

    Do whatever exercise you like. Eat at a deficit to lose weight. Exercise for health.

    Ok great thanks is there any excersizes for a double chin too its starting to really bug me or will the double chin come off as i loose weight everywhere else?

    You can't spot reduce. Yes it will come off with fat loss.

    I've lost just over a stone and unfortunately still have a fat face and a double chin :( but I know it will eventually go. We don't decide where we lose the weight from unfortunately.

    Sorry to hear that congrats on loosing the stone though keep it up and yes i know i just hate it being there lol

    Exercise will tone and help you be healthy, eating at a calorie deficit will help you lose weight. If you exercise eat half what you earn and don't go overboard. Set your goal at .5lbs per week to start and if you mess up one day just move on to the next. This isn't a "OMG I FAILED CAUSE I ATE TOO MUCH TODAY" deal, it's a slow change.

    Not 5lbs -- 0.5 lbs - ONE HALF a pound. 5 pounds is not realistic at all and not what the poster was saying.
