I'm struggling! Join me in a 9-minute sprint to Thanksgiving!

Guys I'm really struggling. I'm way off track diet-wise and can't get back on the horse. And with Thanksgiving coming up I'm worried about being weeks away. I was getting really close to my ultimate weight loss goal and I blew it.

Do you want to do a 3-day motivation sprint with me starting Monday? I designed 2 brand new killer 9-minute total body workouts (I'm a personal trainer).

I'm going to record them this weekend and starting Monday for three days I'm committing to doing 1 of them per day and tracking everything I eat in the Myfitnesspal app and coming in under my calorie goal.

Do you want to join me? Would love the feedback on the workouts and some friends who also need help getting back on track with a short challenge. We can do anything for 3 days right???
