I eat alot of eggs so i eat egg on bread with tomato sauce of morning then ill have egg and speggti on toast for tea so is it ok to eat them kinds of foods to loose weight there all in my calorie limit i dont go over im just worried about the fat to be honest

Fat doesn't make you gain - extra calories do. If you eat at a calorie deficit you'll lose weight.1

Also, MFP sets you up based on the amount of weight you wanted to lose per week. It gives you a calorie goal to hit each day. If you haven't set that up yet, do so.1

When excersizing how do you know how many calories you have burned i dont have any equipment too tell me just workout vidoes that i workout too i done an hour workout today and i have no clue if i burned any calories0
