What should I eat for dinner? And logging protein questions

It will probably be more of a snack because I'm not that hungry. Basically I didn't eat enough protein today and need about 40 more grams. I won't mind if I don't exactly hit it but since I'm a good amount under I would like to have something very protein rich but not that high cal because I'm in about the right calorie range right now. I'm vegan so can't have as many protein options. Would it make sense to just have a protein shake with my 22 gram for 150 calorie protein powder? Or is that not enough? Or, if I'm really not hungry, should I not have anything since I'm in the right calorie zone right now?
I can never tell if my calorie goal or protein goal is more important to reach. Even if it means going over my calorie goal is protein more important for weight loss?

Also, as I burn more calories, does my protein goal go up? Each day it seems a little different depending on my activity level.

Calories are what matters to weight loss. If you want a shake to get a little more protein but it takes you over your calories, just eat that much less tomorrow.

Yes. The earned calories from exercise are distributed across the macros in the same percentage you have set.
