I have been taking Hip Hop and Bgirling classes for about one month now. Does anyone have any suddgestion as to how to strength train on days off? Two days and week (with one day break inbetween) I do back to back classes (one hour each) then another day off, and then another hour class following with two days off. Is it overdoing it too much to strength train four days of the week? I'm a petite 5'2 female who is wanting to drop weight but gain muscle at a good pace.

I would think doing 3 days of strength would be really good as crosstraining for the BGirling and you might find after an initial adjustment period for the extra training, you'll come on huge leaps in the dancing as a result. I wish I'd done it when I was dancing!
Have a look at lifting programmes like Stronglifts or Starting Strength.
And a calorie deficit will reduce bodyfat, I would go for a small deficit given your size and activity.0
