Hi! I'm from Arizona and have been using MFP to log everything I eat since I bought the UP band (Jawbone). Before using MFP, I was tracking at caloriecount.com. I really prefer MFP!
I've realized that it would be really beneficial if I could find some people here who are looking to achieve the same goals. I log here everyday and occasionally read a post or two- but I don't know anyone.
My goal is to get my current body fat of 21.4% down to 18%. Im short- 5'1"- and I want to feel ok wearing shorts. I run 4 days/wk and strength train 3 days/wk. I also teach Bodypump at my gym.
Im looking forward to BodyMedia releasing the Core 2 sometime soon (Aug/Sept). I love gadgets ;-) I also love recording all the daily stats-- very motivating for my personality type and it seems like a huge improvement from the UP.
