Hi there guys,

My name's Brigid, I'm a 22yo Aussie currently in my first year of psychology at uni. I'm 65kg (143lbs) and am looking to drop 10 of it ideally and just get healthier in general. My fiance Richard is going into surgery for a shattered foot in a few days and will be on bed rest for 3 months post-op with me as his primary carer. I love cooking delicious healthy food for us and am always on the prowl for new recipes and workouts.
