Hi, my name is Mike. I reached my heaviest weight earlier this year (260 lbs) and finally decided to do something about it. I've always been into training, but I hated dieting. This website and application has done wonders for me in keeping me accountable for my calorie intake and output. When I started using the app I was 235. I weighed in this morning at 228! Once I reach my goal weight of 185lbs I would like to gain 15 lbs of muscle and maintain a weight of 200 lbs.

I'll be looking to all of you for inspiration!
