Well I have Round 50lbs to lose. And I've already lost 43lbs. I'm stuck in this inbeeteen stage where I go back to my old ways or continue on. These cold dark mornings are effecting my workout and I know I've made way to many excuses and eaten all of the wrong food in the past two months and the scales are showing it!! 
So I'm working on gaining a healthier relationship with food. And I want to see my body changing for the better again. If anyone has similar goals I'd love a few fitness friends on the journey. Let's encourage each other? So no idea how to add friend or friends request yet. Keep going guys. Everyone hits a bump in the road the important thing is that we don't give up
