Im always under my daily amount and not eating enough protien or fat apprently, its so hard i dont know what to eat but i want to lose weight

    What are mostly eating? To get more protein and fat, try basing your meals around a protein source.

    example,

    Breakfast, eggs

    Lunch sliced turkey

    Dinner Grilled chicken

    in between you can have snacks that have protein and fat as well such as nuts, cheese. Things like that.
