Hi I have about 30lbs to loose & so far with MFP I have lost 4lbs ! in 2 weeks. I would love to make some friends on this journey. I have tried WW many times , but this time have decided to count calories instead of points and not pay for losing my weight ! I am always reminding myself that this is not a sprint but a journey & also a way of life , not a quick fix .. I would love some advice about snacking in between meals , which seems to be my biggest struggle

My fav snacks are Greek yogurt with almonds and some flaxseed or chia. Fiber is always good. Try to incorporate protein in every snack.0
