Weigh daily in the morning but only if you can understand and accept one thing: you didn't lose 3 lbs in one day it's water. You didn't gain 3 lbs in a day it's water. It just gives a course-tuned indicator of how you're doing. Only track one of the weigh ins a week on the same day and same ish time i.e. Tuesdays at 7 am (afyet bowel movement )0

It's also an accountability thing for me. I hid from the scale as a way of denying I was gaining weight for a good many years. Stepping on every day is a habit to avoid that pitfall again.
This is exactly why I weigh daily. I like understanding weight trends and I can almost always guess if I'll have a higher or lower number in the morning based on exercise & intake.0
