Updating calorie goals

I've lost 24 pounds since June but have so much more to go. I seem to be stuck at a standstill and just wondering how to revise my goals to reflect my new weight to help keep my progress going? My assumption was that MFP would do it as I update my weight? Getting so annoyed with myself and the fact that I have been the same weight for 3 weeks. I know that's not a long time but just discouraged. Thanks!

Go to "Settings" then "Update diet/fitness profile", make sure your numbers are correct and hit "Update Profile"0

Thank you! Do u know if I eat less than my daily goals, will it stall my weight loss? I allow myself 1400 calories but most times eat 1200.

MFP has never automatically changed your calorie goals. It should prompt you to if you haven't changed them within the last ten pounds lost, though.
No, you won't stall eating 1200, but why not aim for your goal consistently?1 -
