Two workouts in one day is fine as long as you are eating appropriately to fuel your workouts. There are lots of people that workout twice in one day.1

I say Yes cause there are times when I'm bored, So I'll take a second walk or exercise again in the same day. Otherwise I find myself wanting to eat due to boredom.0

If you are sore then you shouldn't be working that muscle group again. Your body is telling you it needs to rest and repair itself. You can do something different, just avoid working the same muscles back to back days.0 -

I have just done it again but for about 10 mins if that i know im pushing myself too hard i feel misrable right now because i done 2 exsersize vids yesterday an now again 2 today i am going really far but im so determined and have so much passion to loose weight i feel like i need to exsersize day in day out and eat my calorie goal im going to exserize only 3 times a week now instead of over doing myself it would only cause injury or exshastion0 -

Exercise isn't how you lose weight. Sticking to your calorie goal is how you lose weight. Exercise is for improving your heart and lung health as well as improving your body composition (retaining muscle and strength). Stop looking at exercise as a method for losing weight.1 -

Why all this time have i thought that exsersize is how you loose weight i did not know that
That heps me alot know i dont need to push myself working out as much as i do0 -
Don't burn yourself out by doing it too much either. You are better off getting start slowly and making it a routine/habit to exercise once a day, 30 minutes or whatever you feel is a doable goal to start with.0
